2 Minute Marinated Cold Tofu
Ingredients
- 1 block soft or silken tofu
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tbsp Chinese black vinegar
- 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp chili oil
- 1 tsp sichuan peppercorn powder optional
- 1 tbsp scallions snip with scissors, optional
Instructions
- Drain and invert tofu on a plate.
- Spoon remaining ingredients over tofu. Enjoy with rice or carbs of choice.
