Instructions
Drain liquid from the tofu package and invert tofu on a plate.
Spoon 1 tbsp brown sugar, 1 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tsp Chinese black vinegar, 1/2 tsp toasted sesame oil, 1 tbsp chili oil, and 1/4 tsp sichuan peppercorn powder over tofu and garnish with scallions. Best served with rice.
